    If I am a gym club owner and my gym club is a registered Multiply affiliated gym, is the R379.50 fee for gyms fixed per annum/monthly or once off?

    The R379.50 (incl. VAT) is a monthly fee via debit order.

    If I am a gym club owner, what is the turnaround time for my gym club to be added as an affiliated gym?

    Once you have been successfully registered online it will take 7 working days before you get your poster with your QR code for your gym.

    What happens if I leave my cell phone at home?

    You need to get a letter of your visit from the gym on the gym's letterhead and submit to the call center who will log an incident to allocate Active Dayz™.

    Why are my activities not pulling through to my dashboard?

    We only receive activities that qualify you for Active Dayz™. You will need to spend 30 minutes or more in an affiliated gym, walk 10 000 steps in a day or burn 300 calories per session.

    How many Active Dayz™ can I log per day?

    You can earn 1 active day per day. In order to earn an active day, you need to be in the fitness centre for at least 30 minutes.

    Why do I have to scan the QR code?

    To get an active day and for FitVault to record your visit.

    How do I activate my FitVault app in the gym?

    You will need to scan the QR code in the gym.

    How do I scan?

    Log onto your FitVault app on your phone. Press the log a visit button. FitVault has a code scanner, which will be used to scan the QR code.
