This is the process you need to follow to earn cashbacks for your purchases at Baby City.

• If you have not yet applied for the Dis-Chem benefit, follow these steps:
• Log in to multiply.co.za, go to Rewards > Partner Rewards > Dis-Chem and click on Apply now, or
• Log in to the Momentum Multiply App, go to Cards > Multiply/Dis-Chem co-branded card and click on Apply now or,
• Call us on 0861 88 66 00.
• Once the benefit has been applied for, collect your Multiply/Dis-Chem co-branded card from any Dis-Chem store nationwide or register on the Dis-Chem website or app to get a digital Multiply/Dis-Chem co-branded card.

• To get cashbacks at Baby City, swipe your Multiply/Dis-Chem co-branded card at any Baby City store before you pay.  
• Pay for your goods.
• Your cashbacks are paid into your Multiply Money savings wallet within 7 days.
• View the cashbacks that have been paid into your Multiply Money savings wallet on your Rewards statement when you log in.
• This benefit is available to main members and partners on Multiply Premier and main members only on Multiply Starter.
• Cashbacks will be awarded based on your Multiply status and will be awarded on qualifying products at Baby City. 
• Multiply reserves the right at any time to exempt certain products from earning cashbacks at its discretion.
• At Baby City, items excluded from earning cashbacks include, but are not limited to, as prohibited by legislation: 
  • Baby formulas and feeding bottles, teats, and feeding cups with spouts, straws or teats (as prohibited by legislation in the Republic of South Africa);
  • WiCode payments, gift card and benefit card redemptions;
  • plastic bags; and
  • prescription medication
• If you have not received your Multiply cashbacks after 7 days, please send the details of your query with a copy of your till slip to [email protected] in order for this to be investigated.

How much do I get in cashbacks at Baby City?

Visit the Baby City partner page on our website to see how much you can get as a Multiply member when shopping at Baby City. If you are already a member, log in to your profile and go to “My Rewards” and you will see your exact cashbacks percentage.

Can I choose to get a discount instead of cashbacks at Baby City?

No. Multiply members can only get cashbacks at Baby City. Cashbacks percentage will vary as per your Multiply plan and status. Log in to your profile and go to "My Rewards", then find Baby City and you will see your exact cashbacks percentage.

How do I get cashbacks when shopping in store at Baby City?

Apply for your Multiply/Dis-Chem benefit by logging in to the Momentum Multiply website or app. Then get your co-branded Multiply/Dis-Chem card to earn your cashbacks when shopping in-store. Simply visit the customer service desk at Dis-Chem with your ID number to get a co-branded card. The process is free of charge.

Do I require a Baby City card to get Multiply cashbacks?

You do not require a Baby City card to earn Multiply cashbacks. Follow the process above the apply for the Multiply Dis-Chem benefit and swipe your co-branded Multiply/Dis-Chem card to earn your cashbacks when shopping at any Baby City store in South Africa.
