How does it work?
How do I get it?
To get your Multiply login details, follow these steps:
- Download the Hello Doctor app from your Google Play or App Store.
- Click on the “Sign in” button.
- Then click on the “I Forgot My Password” button.
- Enter your ID number/Passport number in the USERNAME field. This is your Username.
- Select “South Africa” as your country.
- Click “Send me my Password”.
- You will then receive an SMS with your password

- Log in to the Hello Doctor app or website, using your ID number as your username and the password you received via SMS.
- Request a call and the doctor will then phone you back within the hour to give you advice over the phone.
- You can also send the doctor your question via text, and they will reply with a written response.
