How does it work?
Using the benefit
- Click here to register and sign up online or download the MultiPark app from your app store.
- Once registered and payment has been processed, your membership will become active. This can take up to 24 hours.
- Once activated, go to any of the parks and use your app to scan the MultiPark QR code at reception.
- The scan will generate a ticket which will need to be presented to the staff member at the bike park for entrance.
- You may only scan once every 2 hours at any bike park.
Benefit rules
- This benefit is only available to the main member and partner on the Multiply Premier contract.
- Multiply members are not allowed to transfer the benefit to non-Multiply members.
- All membership fees paid for directly to MultiPark.
- Your 50% cashbacks will apply to the monthly fees and will be paid into your Multiply Money savings wallet.
- The Multiply benefit cannot be used in conjunction with any other applicable discounts.
- There is no annual spend limit applied to this benefit.
- You will no longer have access to this benefit if you cancel your Multiply membership.

You will receive your cashbacks monthly in arrears.
Can I carry over my unused entries?
No, unused entries cannot be carried over.
How do I access the bikes parks?
Download the MultiPark app from your app store. Once registered and payment is made you can use the app to scan the QR code at the reception. This will give you a ticket which must be presented to the staff member at the bike park.
How many times can I enter a park?
You only scan once every 2 hours at any given bike park.
Can I purchase more entries if I have used up all my entries for the month?
Yes, you can purchase additional entries. However no further cashbacks will apply on the additional entries.
When I register on the MultiPark app, how long does it take for my membership to become active?
Once the payment has been made, it will take 24 hours.
